It is sad news that I'm reporting the death of my dear friend Butch Fisher.
Butch passed from us on Friday July 20th from a heart attack in his sleep.
He went peacefully into rest with his savior. Butch was 60 years old.
Butch, for those who didn't know him, was the Butch of Butch's Bore Shine,
the best of the barrel cleaning solvents, in my opinion. Butch was also
a Vietnam Veteran and took an early retirement from Montana Power as a
lineman. But more importantly to me Butch was a great friend. Just two
months ago Butch and I made a bear hunting trip to Alaska. I wrote about

He and I also made a fishing trip to Canada a couple of years ago

And Butch came here and hunted mountain lions with us. He and I also went
to many benchrest matches over the years.
