Backcountry of Idaho

This is Soldier Bar airstrip up above Big Creek in the Idaho Wilderness. The airstrip sits on a bench above the creek not far from the Middle Fork of the Salmon River. The approach is from the direction the picture is looking towards. A dogleg and a few bumps make it interesting.
