Equipment Upgrades

Our Haas TL1 CNC lathe. We put this piece of equipment to work in April of 2009 for use in making our drop-in barrels.

Our new Haas TM-3P milling machine as of June 2008. We'll use this mill for barrel fluting, and drop-in barrel milling work.

Our Pratt & Whitney 1/2B-30 gundrill. This is a completely rebuilt machine with a ball screw drive and PLC control.

Our Pratt & Whitney 1/2B-50 gundrill. Like the 1/2B-30 this machine is like new with a ball screw drive and PLC control. Both of these gundrills do an excellent job of producing straight on-center holes.
